Gelsolin Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects Gelsolin protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Gelsolin antibody (F-5) is available as a non-conjugated format. Gelsolin, also known as brevin or Actin-depolymerizing factor (ADF), plays a crucial role in regulating actin filament dynamics, which is essential for cellular processes like motility, shape maintenance, and intracellular transport.
