FOXQ1 Antibody (H-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects FOXQ1 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FOXQ1 is a member of the FOX family of transcription factors, which are characterized by a unique winged-helix or forkhead domain that plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression during various biological processes. FOXQ1 is primarily located in the nucleus, where FOXQ1 influences the transcription of genes involved in development, metabolism, and immune response.
