Ets-1 Antibody (C-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody designed to target the Ets-1 protein. Ets-1 monoclonal antibody (C-4) recognizes an epitope spanning amino acids 131-280 of the human Ets-1 protein and is effective in detecting Ets-1 from mouse, rat, and human sources through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Ets-1 is a critical transcription factor involved in regulating gene expression related to cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and angiogenesis, making Ets-1 essential for normal developmental processes and immune system function.
