Can you give references about specificity? I get very high signal in MDA-MB-231 cells in IF experiments and question my results? Kind regards, Melf

Thank you for your question. ERα Antibody (H-184) is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that is now discontinued. The antibody has been cited in over 100 publications, demonstrating specificity. However, it is a polyclonal and so lot to lot variation is expected and each lot should be validated and optimized.
