DJ-1 Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects DJ-1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DJ-1 (D-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DJ-1 plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in protecting neurons from oxidative stress and maintaining mitochondrial function, which is vital for neuronal health and survival. DJ-1 acts as a redox-sensitive chaperone and participates in androgen receptor regulation, highlighting significance in both cancer biology and neurodegenerative diseases.
