AFF4 Antibody (3D2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects AFF4 in human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). AFF4, also known as MCEF or AF5Q31, is a crucial component of the positive transcription elongation factor b (P-TEFb) complex, which plays a significant role in regulating transcription elongation during both fetal development and in adult tissues.
