Septin 5 Antibody (E-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that recognizes Septin 5 in mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Septin 5 plays a crucial role in cytoskeleton organization and participates in various cellular processes, including cytokinesis and exocytosis regulation. Septin 5 primarily localizes in the cytoplasm and maintains cellular structural integrity during division, supporting proper tissue development and function.
