Saposin C is 12kDa. This is at best showing a blot of full length prosaposin. The blot is cut off well above the expected mw of saposin C, and even the size of the bands you show for your other saposin C antibodies. Where is the full blot?

I have reviewed the original Western blot film for the data you are referring to for our rabbit polyclonal antibody, saposin C (H-81): sc-32875, and in this test we did not observe any signal below the 34 kDa marker shown in the cropped image online.
