Raf-B Antibody (F-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Raf-B in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Raf-B (F-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Raf-B, also known as BRAF, plays a crucial role in regulating cell growth and differentiation by acting as a key component in the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway.
