Der PRPSAP2-Antikörper (A-1) ist ein monoklonaler Maus IgG1 κ PRPSAP2-Antikörper (auch als PRPSAP2-Antikörper bezeichnet), der das PRPSAP2-Protein von Maus-, Ratte- und menschlicher Herkunft mittels WB, IP, IF und ELISA detektiert. Der PRPSAP2-Antikörper (A-1) ist sowohl in nicht konjugierter Form als auch in mehreren konjugierten Formen des PRPSAP2-Antikörpers erhältlich, einschließlich Agarose, HRP, PE, FITC und mehreren Alexa Fluor®-Konjugaten. Phosphoribosylpyrophosphat (PRPP) ist ein essentieller Substrat und ein kritischer Kontrollfaktor für die Synthese von Purin- und Pyrimidinnukleotiden, Histidin, Tryptophan und NAD. Die Bildung von Phosphoribosylpyrophosphat aus ATP und Ribose-5-Phosphat wird durch das Enzym Phosphoribosylpyrophosphat-Synthetase (PRS) katalysiert, das als Komplex mit zwei katalytischen Untereinheiten, PRPS1 und PRPS2, und zwei assoziierten Untereinheiten, PRPSAP1 und PRPSAP2, vorliegt. PRPSAP1 (Phosphoribosylpyrophosphat-Synthetase-assoziiertes Protein 1), auch als PAP39 bekannt, ist ein ubiquitär exprimiertes Protein mit 356 Aminosäuren, das der Ribose-Phosphat-Pyrophosphokinase-Familie angehört. PRPSAP1 könnte eine regulatorische Rolle bei der Synthese von 5-Phosphoribose 1-Diphosphat spielen und wird von einem Gen codiert, das auf das menschliche Chromosom 17q25.1 abgebildet ist. PRPSAP2 (Phosphoribosylpyrophosphat-Synthetase-assoziiertes Protein 2), auch als PAP41 bekannt, ist ein ubiquitär exprimiertes Protein mit 369 Aminosäuren, das mit PRPS1 und PRPS2 interagiert.
