Thank you for your question. There are several options for visualization when using an unconjugated primary antibody for IHC(P). The most frequently used include ABC or LSAB Staining Systems, which include an appropriate biotin-conjugated secondary antibody (anti-species of IgG of the primary antibody), and avidin or streptavidin-biotin reagents with DAB as the chromogen used for visualization. MMP-9 Antibody (C-20) is a goat polyclonal IgG. You would need to use a secondary antibody that is anti-goat IgG conjugated to biotin, for example, mouse anti-goat IgG-B: sc-2489 (https://www.scbt.com/scbt/product/mouse-anti-goat-igg-b).
