I used to do ChIP by using anti-LaminB (M-20) sc-6217 with Dynabeads protein G, and it worked well. Which magnetic beads do you recommend for ChIP using Lamin B1 Antibody (B-10): sc-374015 ?

Thank you for your question. This Lamin B1 antibody should work with any anti-mouse IgG magnetic beads. I'm trying to use this Ab for IF in dermal fibroblasts, so far with no results. I use methanol fixation at -20C for 5 min, 0,3% triton RT 3min, FBS blocking for 30 min and primary Ab incubation at 4C ON. Should I do anything different for it to work?

They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. Rated 5 von 5 von aus Brightest for IF I compared B-10 (sc-374015), A-11 (sc-377000) and 8D1 (sc-56144) for IF of both MEF wt and MEF Lmnb1-/-. B-10 is most brightest at 1:500 dilution / 4C overnight reaction after either -20C MeOH 10min and 4%PFA 15min fixation. MeOH fixed condition labels slightly other filaments in Lmnb1-/- background. So, under MeOH fixation conditions, even lower concentrations may be successful.
