Integrin αV/β3 Antibody (BV3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Integrin αV/β3 in human samples through immunoprecipitation (IP) and flow cytometry (FCM) applications. Integrin αV/β3 is a crucial receptor that plays a significant role in cell adhesion and signaling, facilitating interactions between cells and the extracellular matrix. In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-52684 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-52684 FITC).
