granzyme K Antibody (GM6C3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects human granzyme K by flow cytometry (FCM). anti-granzyme K antibody (GM6C3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. Granzyme K, also known as GMZK or NK-tryptase-2, is a serine protease that plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in the granules of natural killer cells and cytotoxic T lymphocytes. GMZK is primarily expressed in the thymus, lung, spleen, and peripheral blood leukocytes, where GMZK contributes to the lysis of target cells during cell-mediated immune responses. GMZK contains one peptidase S1 domain, which is essential for enzymatic activity, allowing GMZK to cleave specific substrates and induce apoptosis in infected or malignant cells. Understanding granzyme K function is vital, as granzyme K not only aids in the elimination of harmful cells but also provides insights into the mechanisms of immune regulation and potential therapeutic targets for enhancing immune responses in various diseases.

Hello, I want to integrate Anti-granzyme K Antibody (GM6C3): sc-56125 to my mass cytometry panel. I saw that there is gellatin in the composition. Do you thin that it is a problem for coupling this antibody with metals? Thank you in advance Naoill

Asked by: Naoill
Thank you for your question. Gelatin will negatively impact the efficiency of conjugation kits or experiments. Please contact our technical service directly, then we can issue a quote for a custom formulation without gelatin for this antibody. Thanks!
