- suitable as a negative control for experiments using targeted shRNA Lentiviral Particles DNA transduction
- encodes of a scrambled shRNA sequence that will not lead to the specific degradation of any cellular message
- After transduction, cells stably expressing the control shRNA may be isolated via puromycin selection
- aliquot and store at -80°C
