CEACAM5 Antibody (CB30) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects CEACAM5 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). CEACAM5, also known as carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), is a member of the CD66 family of glycoproteins and plays a crucial role in cell adhesion, which is vital for maintaining tissue architecture and facilitating intercellular communication. CEACAM5 is predominantly expressed in epithelial tissues and is significantly upregulated in various malignancies, making CEACAM5 an important tumor marker in clinical diagnostics.
