    SEE ALSO...

CD79B Antibody (SN8/3A2-2E7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects CD79B in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). CD79B, also known as B29, is a critical component of the B cell antigen receptor complex, functioning alongside CD79A to facilitate the signaling necessary for B cell activation and development. CD79B (SN8/3A2-2E7) antibody recognizes a protein containing a cytoplasmic tail with an immuno-receptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM) that is essential for initiating downstream signaling cascades upon antigen binding. This activation is crucial for B cell proliferation, differentiation, and the production of antibodies, making CD79B a vital player in adaptive immunity. Furthermore, the interaction of CD79B with membrane immunoglobulins, such as IgM and IgD, is fundamental for their surface expression and antigen presentation capabilities, underscoring CD79B′s significance in maintaining effective immune surveillance and response. Anti-CD79B antibody (SN8/3A2-2E7) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying B cell biology and the mechanisms underlying immune responses.
