CD22 Antibody (D-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CD22 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CD22 (D-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD22 protein, also known as B-lymphocyte cell adhesion molecule (BLCAM), sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 2 (Siglec-2), and Leu-14, is a type I integral membrane glycoprotein that plays a crucial role in regulating B cell signaling and maintaining B cell homeostasis.
