C1r Antibody (F-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects C1r protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). C1r (F-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. C1r protein plays a crucial role in the complement system, specifically as part of C1 complex, which is essential for initiating the classical pathway of complement activation.
