Cruz Marker™ Molecular Weight Standards and Detection Antibodies
Cruz Marker™ Molecular Weight Standards appear only on the final Western blot image after incubation with CruzMarker™ MW Tag Antibodies listed below or with CruzMarker™ compatible Mouse IgG Binding Proteins or monoclonal Secondary Antibodies. These are not prestained markers. The ladder consists of six bands which appear on the final Western blot image: 132 kDa, 90 kDa, 55 kDa, 43 kDa, 34 kDa, 23 kDa. Cruz Marker™ Molecular Weight Standards are provided ready to use in SDS-PAGE loading buffer and can be loaded directly into an SDS-PAGE gel. No dilution or reconstitution is required.
