QUICK LINKS

Asiatic acid is a pentacyclic triterpene. In vitro studies have shown remarkable anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-aging properties. Notably, it exhibits the ability to mitigate the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and alleviate oxidative damage in cultured cells. Moreover, asiatic acid exhibits the capacity to suppress the formation of free radicals and enhance cell viability in cultured cells, thereby showcasing its beneficial effects. Asiatic acid is a p38 activator.
