NELL2 Activators

NELL2 activators constitute a group of chemical compounds that target the neural epidermal growth factor-like like 2 (NELL2) protein, which is a signaling molecule with multiple EGF-like domains. NELL2 is involved in the complex signaling networks that regulate neuronal development and function. It is known to play a role in neurogenesis, synaptic plasticity, and neural survival, primarily in the central nervous system.

Direct activators of NELL2 could potentially interact with the protein to enhance its ability to bind to its receptors on the surface of neurons or other cells within the nervous system.
