LOC498735 Activators

Chemical activators of LOC498735 can involve a diverse array of biochemical interactions and signaling pathways to exert their effects on the protein. Phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate, commonly known as PMA, can directly bind to and activate protein kinase C (PKC). In turn, PKC phosphorylates LOC498735, leading to the protein's activation.
