ITM2B Activators

The class of chemicals referred to as ITM2B Activators represents a diverse group of bioactive compounds known to modulate multiple cellular pathways that are potentially related to ITM2B activity. For instance, All-trans Retinoic acid and Rosiglitazone, a PPARγ agonist, are known to regulate gene expression and might indirectly impact ITM2B expression. Likewise, the polyphenolic compounds Curcumin, Resveratrol, and EGCG are known to modulate multiple signaling pathways, potentially affecting ITM2B activity.

Genistein, a soy isoflavone, and Sulforaphane, found in cruciferous vegetables, are also known to modulate cellular pathways that could indirectly influence ITM2B. The flavonoid Quercetin, and the alkaloids Berberine and Capsaicin, have broad bioactive effects that may affect ITM2B indirectly. Similarly, Indole-3-carbinol, another compound found in ruciferous vegetables, and Troglitazone, a PPARγ agonist, could influence ITM2B by affecting related cellular pathways. Thus, these ITM2B Activators represent various strategies to modulate the activity of ITM2B indirectly through the regulation of diverse cellular processes.
