HSP 27 Activators

HSP27 activators constitute a diverse array of compounds that modulate the activity of Heat Shock Protein 27 (HSP27), a molecular chaperone involved in cellular protection and stress response. Pifithrin-μ indirectly activates HSP27 by inhibiting p53, allowing for increased levels of HSP27 expression and contributing to the cellular stress response.
