GDAP1L1 Activators

Ganglioside-induced differentiation-associated protein 1-like 1 (GDAP1L1) is a protein that exhibits significant homology with Ganglioside-induced differentiation-associated protein 1 (GDAP1), suggesting a related function in cellular processes. GDAP1L1 is encoded by the GDAP1L1 gene. Despite the similarities in their protein sequences, GDAP1L1 and GDAP1 may have distinct cellular roles, with GDAP1L1's specific functions being less characterized in the scientific literature compared to GDAP1.

GDAP1L1 is thought to be involved in the regulation of mitochondrial dynamics, sharing a connection with GDAP1 in terms of mitochondrial fission and fusion processes.
