USP47抗体（4E7）是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆USP47抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的USP47蛋白。USP47抗体（4E7）为非偶联抗USP47抗体形式。泛素（Ub）途径涉及三个连续的酶促步骤，这些步骤促进Ub和Ub样分子与特定蛋白质底物的结合。通过使用能够添加或去除泛素的多种酶，Ub途径控制着许多细胞内过程，如信号转导、转录激活和细胞周期进程。USP47（泛素特异性肽酶47），也被称为TRFP（Trf（TATA结合蛋白相关因子）-近端同源物），是一种含有1375个氨基酸的蛋白质，属于肽酶C19蛋白家族。USP47在骨骼肌、睾丸和心脏中表达，包含作为去泛素化酶所需的所有活性残基，但似乎没有催化活性。由于选择性剪接事件，USP47有三种异构体表达。

Is this antibody raised using the full USP47 protein or just a fragment of it? And if just a fragment, could I know from which residues or at least if N-term or C-term? Thanks a lot!

Thank you for your question. This mouse monoclonal, USP47 (4E7): sc-100633 is raised against partial recombinant USP47 protein, corresponding to amino acids 203-302 of human origin {accession number, Q96K76}.
