For Western Blot, is it recommended to use denatured or non-denatured conditions with Syntaxin 4 (QQ-17): sc-101301 antibody?

This antibody performed very well and was extremely clean, with a strong signal. The target size was 34kDa. I highly recommend this antibody for human skeletal muscle.
