Strumpellin抗体（B-10）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆Strumpellin抗体（也称为Strumpellin抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的Strumpellin蛋白。Strumpellin抗体（B-10）既有非偶联型抗Strumpellin抗体形式，也有多种偶联型抗Strumpellin抗体形式，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Strumpellin，也称为SPG8或KIAA0196，是一种由1159个氨基酸组成的泛表达蛋白，在骨骼肌和前列腺癌细胞中的表达水平较高，提示其在肿瘤发生中起作用。编码Strumpellin的基因缺陷是导致常染色体显性遗传性痉挛性截瘫8型（SPG8）的原因，其特征是腿部缓慢而逐渐衰弱，以及肌肉痉挛、僵硬和失禁。编码Strumpellin的基因定位于人类8号染色体，该染色体由近1.46亿个碱基对组成，包含800多个基因，并与多种疾病和恶性肿瘤相关。精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、8号染色体三体综合征、Pfeiffer综合征、先天性甲状腺功能减退症、Waardenburg综合征以及一些白血病和淋巴瘤被认为是由于定位于8号染色体的特定基因缺陷引起的。

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems.
