Is it possible to obtain the precise peptide sequence used for the immunization?

Thank you very much for your question. This polyclonal antibody was discontinued and it is no longer available. The immunogene used for the generation of this product maps within the amino acids 1-50 of human Sox-10 protein. Instead we suggest our monoclonal Sox-10 (A-2): sc-365692 that was generated against an N-terminal region: amino acids 2-29 of the human Sox-10 protein. https://www.scbt.com/scbt/product/sox-10-antibody-a-2

Thank you for the question. Please note this polyclonal goat IgG antibody is no longer available. Instead we suggest our mouse monoclonal sc-365692. According to the product datasheet we suggest to: Store at 4°C, **DO NOT FREEZE**. Stable for one year from the date of shipment.
