Skip Antibody (F-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Skip in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Skip (F-10) antibody recognizes Skip, a unique oncoprotein that plays a critical role in both transformation and differentiation processes within cells. Skip monoclonal antibody (F-10) targets Skip primarily in the nucleus, where Skip interacts with various nuclear hormone receptors and transcription factors, making nuclear localization essential for regulating gene expression.
