SEMA7A抗体（C-6）是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆SEMA7A抗体（也称为Semaphorin-7A抗体或SEMAL抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的SEMA7A蛋白。SEMA7A抗体（C-6）既有非共轭的抗SEMA7A抗体形式，也有多种共轭形式的抗SEMA7A抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®共轭物。信号素（Semaphorins）是一个从昆虫到人类都保守的细胞表面和分泌蛋白家族。这个家族的蛋白质成员大约有750个氨基酸（包括信号序列），其定义特征是一个保守的细胞外"信号素"结构域，大约有500个氨基酸，包含14-16个半胱氨酸，许多保守序列块，且没有明显的重复序列。跨膜信号素的特征是额外的80个氨基酸的跨膜结构域和80-110个氨基酸的细胞质结构域。这些信号素蛋白通过排斥来自高信号素表达区域的生长锥，来调节胚胎发育过程中的轴突生长。也被称为CD108的信号素7A（SEMA7A）促进中枢神经系统中的轴突生长，并在T细胞活化和功能的负调控中发挥关键作用。

What is the justification for the double band in westerns? I see this in your example blots and constantly see it on western of my cells as well (human mouse mammary epithelial and carcinoma cels).

Could I have more information about the immunogenic sequence ? How do you generate this antibody ? On a recombinant protein ?

Thank you for your question. This antibody was raised against a recombinant protein spanning amino acids 371-411 mapping within an internal region of SEMA7A of human origin (accession#O75326). The exact epitope has not been mapped so we are unable to provide further information.

I am using SEMA7A (C-6): sc-374432 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
