Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for WB, not IPI used this in an IP experiment against nuclear extract made from HeLa cells and used the same antibodies to immunoblot the membranes after transfer. The input lanes show clear, thick bands corresponding to 49kDa but no bands are visible in the elution lane, indicating very weak or no affinity. So for western blotting, this is a very good antibody. Not so much for IP.
