Robo4抗体（D-3）是一种IgM κ小鼠单克隆Robo4抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的Robo4蛋白。Robo4抗体（D-3）为非偶联的抗Robo4抗体。分泌型富含亮氨酸重复序列蛋白1至3（Slit1-3）是分泌型糖蛋白，通过作为排斥性指导受体Robo1和Robo2（也称为Roundabout 1和2）的高亲和力信号配体，影响轴突导向并介导正常的神经进程。Robo受体与Slit配体蛋白家族之间的相互作用会引发信号级联，从而排斥轴突生长。Robo4的细胞外结构域排列与其他所有Robo家族成员显著不同。Robo4是唯一在原发性内皮细胞中表达的Robo家族成员。它与Slit结合并在异源表达系统中抑制细胞迁移。Robo蛋白共同规定了神经发育过程中的发育路径。
