Raptor抗体（10E10）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆Raptor抗体（也称为RPTOR抗体），可通过WB和IP检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的Raptor蛋白。Raptor抗体（10E10）为非偶联的抗Raptor抗体。FRAP的调节相关蛋白，也称为Raptor，是哺乳动物雷帕霉素激酶靶标（FRAP）的结合伙伴，对于FRAP在体内的信号传导至关重要。Raptor与FRAP的结合对于FRAP催化底物4E-BP1的磷酸化至关重要。raptor-FRAP复合物对营养敏感，对于细胞协调细胞生长和大小随环境变化而变化的机制很重要。在营养剥夺条件下，Raptor充当FRAP激酶活性的负调节剂，并且是FRAP途径中的重要组成部分。Raptor在骨骼肌中高表达，在脑、肾、肺和胎盘中表达程度较低。

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good antibodyThis antibody works well for WB but signal with normal ECL was too low. I used SuperSignal West Femto Chemiluminescent and the signal is OK. Dilution 1:1000 and overnight incubation. Dilution can be recycled.
