PML抗体（E-11）是一种IgG1κ小鼠单克隆PML抗体（也称为三结构域基序（TRIM）19抗体、TRIM19抗体或早幼粒细胞白血病抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的PML蛋白。PML抗体（E-11）可以以非偶联抗PML抗体形式和多种偶联抗PML抗体形式提供，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。PML蛋白是一种锌指转录因子，由于选择性剪接而表现为三种主要的转录产物。编码人PML的基因定位于染色体15q22。视黄酸受体α（RARα）基因的t（15；17）（q22；q11.2-q12）染色体易位几乎发生在所有急性早幼粒细胞白血病中，导致PML/RARα嵌合蛋白的表达。表达PML/RARα嵌合体的骨髓前体细胞不能分化，并因凋亡减少而表现出生长速度增加。PML/RARα通过招募核共抑制因子（N-CoR）-组蛋白去乙酰化酶复合物来转化骨髓前体细胞，该复合物对视黄酸依赖性骨髓分化至关重要。PML/RARα还招募DNA甲基转移酶以诱导基因高甲基化和沉默，最终促进白血病发生。

In data sheet, "Each vial contains 200 µg IgG1 kappa light chain in 1.0 ml of PBS ...". This mean that PML(E-11) antibody has no heavy chain? Is it possible to use this antibody for immunoprecipitation where Fc part has to be bound to Protein G?

Thank you for your question. The antibody is a complete antibody, the light chain type is Kappa light chain and contains heavy chain.PML Antibody (E-11) is recommended for detection of all isoforms of PML of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA.Thank you.

Dear responsible, I would like to know if you have evidence that the antibody recognize the mouse Pml protein as well?

Thank you for your question. Anti-PML Antibody (E-11) is recommended for detection of all isoforms of PML of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA.

What is the recommended starting dilution for Western blot for PML (E-11): sc-377390?
