Would you recommend diluting this antibody in 5% milk or BSA in TBS-T?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using Blocking Reagent – UltraCruz®: sc-516214 for blocking purposes. Buffers based on BSA or TBS-T can also be used, with the former being better for damping unspecific signals and the latter being the best choice for lower signal strength.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from it was possible to detect the endogeneous protein.Detecting PINK1 is difficult no matter what antibody is used, but it was somehow possible. I used it on H9c2, a rat cardiomyoblast, at 1:500.

This recombinant protein was expressed iby baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells and it is different from the recombinant protein used to develop the antibody. -SCBT QC
