Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not a great antibodyI used it in mice iWAT. I got bands, but i had a very strong background. Moreover i got two bands, one strong at 66KDa and one at 50KDa. So i don't know it if also recognizing the cleaved form or not. It is not specified in the datasheet.
