PDGFR-β抗体（D-6）是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆PDGFR-β抗体（也称为CD140B抗体、PDGFR抗体或PDGFRB抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA方法检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的PDGFR-β蛋白。PDGFR-β抗体（D-6）既有非偶联形式的抗PDGFR-β抗体，也有多种偶联形式的抗PDGFR-β抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。血小板源性生长因子（PDGF）是一种对间充质和神经胶质来源细胞具有促有丝分裂作用的因子。PDGF由A和B两条链组成，这两条链可二聚化形成功能不同的异构体，即PGDF-AA、PDGF-AB和PDGF-BB。这三种异构体以不同的亲和力与两种受体类型PDGFR-α和-β结合，这两种受体都赋有蛋白酪氨酸激酶结构域。PDGFR-α可以与PDGF的A和B亚基结合，而PDGFR-β只能与B亚基结合。配体结合以特定的方式促进PDGF受体的同源或异源二聚化。PDGF-AA诱导两个α受体的二聚化，PDGF-AB诱导αα和αβ的二聚化，而PDGF-BB诱导三种类型的二聚体的形成，即αα、αβ和ββ。PDGFR-β基因与Tel基因的易位与慢性粒-单核细胞白血病（CMML）这种骨髓增生异常综合征有关，并显示了PDGF受体的致癌潜力。

Do you have any recommendations of how to use PDGFRB D-6: sc-374573 in immunohistochemistry? We have tried it with Citrate Buffer and the ABC/DAB kits and it works well, although in some areas the staining looks weak. Any specific products needed?

Thank you for your question. A link to our recommended protocol for use with this PDGFR-β Antibody (D-6): sc-374573 is provided below. We recommend using sodium citrate buffer (pH 6) with heat treatment for antigen retrieval.
