Yes. p-Trk Antibody (E-6) is available conjugated to HRP (sc-8058 HRP), 200 µg/ml, for WB, IHC(P) and ELISA; phycoerythrin (sc-8058 PE), fluorescein (sc-8058 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-8058 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-8058 AF647), 200 µg/ml, for IF, IHC(P) and FCM.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from p-Trk antibody for IHCI used this antibody for IHC on paraffin sections. It works very well with agood positive cytoplasmic signal, anyway I recommend also the use of the blocking peptide because it is possible also to see a background signal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Antibody works for WB with band detected at ~55kDaThank you for sending us a free sample of the mAb for pTrkA (E-6): sc-8058. The pTrkA antibody was used at 1:1000 and 1:300 dilutions in Western blot experiments with mouse eosinophil lysates. There were no detectable bands in the 140 kDa range. However, strong bands were detected at ~ 55 kDa. We will need to confirm whether this 55 kDa band is a cytosolic fragment of activated TrkA as indicated in a previous publication (Eur J Neurosci. 1999 Apr;11(4):1421-30). As such, we have ordered a blocking peptide for this mAb to confirm whether the bands at ~55 kDa are indeed fragments of TrkA.
