HPLC analysis and UV spectrum conditions: The HPLC chromatogram (205 and 254 nm) was generated using a C18 reverse phase (Platinum EPS column, rocket format, Grace Discovery) under gradient conditions (0 - 100% ACN, 0.01% TFA, 10 min). Oligomycin C elutes as a single peak at 7.09 min displaying a typical diene UV maxima at 224 nm with leading and tailing spurs with no traces of related or unrelated metabolites. Purity for batch >99% when analysed within the linearconcentration/peak height response range.
