NMDAε2抗体(A-8)是一种IgG2aκ小鼠单克隆NMDAε2抗体(也称为谷氨酸离子型受体NMDA型亚基2B抗体、GRIN2B抗体、谷氨酸[NMDA]受体亚基ε-2抗体、谷氨酸门控离子通道蛋白家族成员2B抗体、NR2B抗体、N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体亚基抗体或NMDAR2B抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的NMDAε2蛋白。NMDAε2抗体(A-8)既有非偶联抗NMDAε2抗体形式,也有多种偶联形式的抗NMDAε2抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。谷氨酸受体介导大脑中大多数兴奋性神经传递,并在神经可塑性、神经发育和神经退行性变中发挥重要作用。促离子型谷氨酸受体分为NMDA受体和卡因酸/AMPA受体,两者都含有谷氨酸门控的阳离子特异性离子通道。卡因酸/AMPA受体与NMDA受体在许多突触中共定位,由七个结构相关的亚基组成,分别命名为GluR-1至-7。卡因酸/AMPA受体主要负责谷氨酸的快速兴奋性神经传递,而NMDA受体则表现出Ca2+离子的慢动力学和对Ca2+离子的高渗透性。NMDA受体由五个亚基组成:ε1、2、3、4和一个ζ亚基。ζ亚基在整个脑干中表达,而四个ε亚基则显示有限的分布。

Can NMDAε2 (A-8): sc-365597 monoclonal antibody be used in IF or IHC with mouse tissue or cells? Will there be non-specific staining?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, NMDAε2 (A-8): sc-365597 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.

I would like to purchase GluN1 and GluN2C antibodies for WB in rat, but I didn't find them in your catalogue. Can you help me with this or can you give me an alternative? Thank you in advance.
