I've received a sample of this antibody and the expected molecular weight is around 600kDa, however post translational modification or other factors could result in a difference in observed weight. May I know what is the observed weight for this antibody?

Thank you for your question. We do have representative Western blot data on our website as a reference. In addition, you may want to check an additional reference, PMID: 11369806, which has observed detection ~280 kDa, non-reduced--MW varies depending on electrophoresis conditions used.

Can megalin (H-10): sc-515772 monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, megalin (H-10): sc-515772 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
