I used this Ab for WB with mouse samples and I obtain several bands: at 30KDa, 40KDa and 70KDa. The protein is suppossed to have 29KDa. Which band is the specific one?

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with M-CSF (D-4) antibody: sc-365779?

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. Why is M-CSF (D-4): sc-365779 the recommended alternative to the now discontinued M-CSF Antibody (N-16): sc-1324?

Thank you for your question. The mouse monoclonal M-CSF (D-4): sc-365779 is raised against the same immunogen sequence as the goat polyclonal M-CSF Antibody (N-16): sc-1324. The monoclonal primary antibody also offers a higher degree of specificity and eliminates lot-to-lot variation. It is also warrantied for all of the same applications as the discontinued polyclonal antibody: WB, IP, IF, and ELISA.
