I found that IKKalpha has an upper band in my cells. In the IKKalpha knockout cells, the 85kDa band is absent, but this upper band still exists. I wondered if you had any idea what the reason was?

I would like to use this antibody to perform a double stain. Do you know how to do this with only mouse monoclonal primary antibodies?

We recommend using directly conjugated primary antibodies. This product, sc-7606, is available conjugated to FITC, AF488, and AF647.
