I am getting a band around 75 and my samples are of human origin, is that the correct band?

Thank you for your question. The antibody you are inquiring about, sc-7947: HSP 90 alpha/beta (H-114), is a rabbit polyclonal antibody. The expected molecular weight for HSP 90 is approximately 90 kDa. We do not have any evidence supporting a molecular weight of 75 kDa for this protein.
