Hop抗体（E-1）是一种小鼠单克隆IgG1 kappa轻链抗体，可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）、免疫组织化学和酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的Hop蛋白。抗 -Hop抗体（E-1）有非结合型和多种结合型，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）、藻红蛋白（PE）、异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）和多种Alexa Fluor®结合物。由Hop基因编码的Hop蛋白在心脏发育过程中通过调节基因表达发挥关键作用。具体来说，Hop与血清反应因子（SRF）相互作用，后者是一种关键的转录因子，负责调节心肌细胞增殖和分化之间的平衡。通过调节SRF活性，Hop确保细胞生长和成熟过程得到适当协调，这对于心脏的正常形成和功能至关重要。Hop功能紊乱会导致发育异常，并导致心血管疾病。

Has anyone ever tried using this antibody for IP? I am unable to get a band after doing IP

Thank you for your question. We have not yet tested this antibody, Hop Antibody (E-1): sc-398703, for immunoprecipitation (IP). Based on the antibody's performance in other applications, we do recommend and warranty the antibody for IP.
