What is a recommended dilution sc-28380 for WB and ICH(P)? Can I get these information for lot G1620?

Thank you for your question. The recommended dilutions for detection of hnRNP K of mouse, rat and human origin by Western Blotting are 1:5000 (starting dilution) with a dilution range of 1:5000-1:100000), and for immunohistochemistry (including paraffin-embedded sections) we recommend a starting dilution of 1:50, with a dilution range of 1:50-1:500.

Can I use hnRNP K (D-6) sc-28380 antibody for ChIP ?
