HERG抗体（F-12）是一种IgG1κ小鼠单克隆HERG抗体（也称为钾电压门控通道亚家族H成员2抗体、电压门控钾通道亚基Kv11.1抗体、Ether-A-Go-Go相关蛋白1抗体、长QT综合征2型抗体、Eag同源抗体、ERG-1抗体、H-ERG抗体、HERG1抗体、ERG1抗体、HERG-1抗体、LQT2抗体、SQT1抗体、Erg1抗体或ERG抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的HERG蛋白。HERG抗体（F-12）既有非偶联抗HERG抗体形式，也有多种偶联形式的抗HERG抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。人类ether-a-go-go相关基因（HERG）编码延迟整流钾通道IKr的成孔α亚基。HERG亚基包含六个跨膜α-螺旋，在第五和第六跨膜螺旋之间有一个再入的"孔环"。HERG的两个N端剪接变体包括全长异构体1α和较短的异构体1β。异构体1β缺乏PAS基序，且失活速度比异构体1α快。C端内的残基在通道表达和通道门控中发挥作用，包括电压依赖性激活。HERG在心脏中表达，在心室中的表达比在心房中更丰富。编码HERG的基因突变会增加心跳间变异性和早期去极化。这些波动促进了与遗传性长QT综合征相关的过早心跳的产生和传播。

Why did it display only single 120-kDa band? It has been well-known that hERG protein displays 135- and 155-kDa bands, representing the core-glycosylated immature and fully glycosylated mature proteins, respectively.

Thank you for your question. The Western blot data shown on our website is representative of the expected result in the cell lines tested. According to Uniprot, there are multiple predicted isoforms of HERG, the full length isoform with a predicted molecular weight of ~ 127 kDa.
