GRHL3抗体（C-12）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆GRHL3抗体（也称为GRHL3抗体），可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）和酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的GRHL3蛋白。GRHL3抗体（C-12）既有非偶联形式的抗GRHL3抗体，也有多种偶联形式的抗GRHL3抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。颗粒头亚家族成员包括GRHL1、GRHL2和GRHL3，由果蝇颗粒头（grh）基因的正交基因组成。在果蝇中，grh参与早期的背/腹模式和组织发育。因此，颗粒头亚家族成员被认为在发育过程中充当转录因子。GRHL1、GRHL2和GRHL3定位于细胞核，以同源二聚体或彼此间的异源二聚体形式存在。GRHL3，也称为哺乳动物颗粒头姐妹（SOM）或转录因子CP2样4（TFCP2L4），是一种含有626个氨基酸的蛋白质。转基因GRHL3缺失的小鼠胚胎显示出许多神经管缺陷，表明GRHL3在发育过程中的神经管形成中起重要作用。GRHL3广泛表达，并以通过选择性剪接产生的4种异构体形式存在。已显示异构体2具有前列腺特异性。
